I have been on a hundred websites and most of them read about the same.  They all talk about their factory trained staff and how good they take care of their customers.  Let me make this very simple - After personally working on marine engines for over 40 years, there isn't much we can't do; and yes, we are factory authorized.  Probably the biggest difference is that we post our CSI SCORES  (customer satisfaction index).

    Most all Major manufacturers send the dealer a report card which is their CSI rating.  This comes from the consumer to the manufacturer on how well the dealer is taking care of their product, but most importantly, how the customer was treated. 

    Claims about good service are easy to make.  We will show you ours in writing....Customer expectations are complicated.  Everyone has different needs and desires in such diverse areas as personal attention, service, quality, price, convenience, follow-up, and warranty after the repair.  We do our best to treat each and every one of our customers as if they were our only customer.  Toward this end, your feedback is very important.
