       Ron Oliver built his first boat in 1958.

 

 

 

 

Ron Oliver built his first boat at age 14.  He is definitely a "boat man" and enjoys what he does!

In 1963 he began working his way through Fresno State as a local water ski instructor and a mechanic.

He purchased Coates Boat and Motor in 1971, and in 1989 Ron renamed it Oliver's Marine Center, presently located just north of the Valley Children's Hospital on the frontage road of Highway 41.  We are centrally located in the heart of California's boating country and readily accessible to several nearby lakes.

Ron personally attends sales and service seminars to give every customer first hand knowledge of all of the new developments in boating. 

When it comes to winning awards in the industry, Ron has one of the highest "Customer Satisfaction" ratings you will find anywhere.

Ron's wife, Patty, is a graduate of Fresno State and met Ron at the "old" Ducey's at Bass Lake many years ago.  She is the Office Manager and does all of the financing for the new, used and repo'd boat sales as well as the DMV.
